I have officially put Lillie in her "big girl" bed and moved her into Olivia's room. I was nervous to do it this early (Lillie is almost 18 months) but today went surprisingly awesome!
I first had to rearrange some rooms to get things "ready"
I did my first attempt in the "new bed" for nap time to see how it would go. Lillie was exhausted and really ready to take her afternoon nap so she went down perfectly. I didn't think it would be as easy for night time since she would realize she wasn't in her crib and wasn't in her own room.
Lillie usually goes to bed at 7 and Olivia at 8 but for this first night I decided to put them both down at 7 and see how long it would take them to get to sleep. By 7:45 they were both zonked. They are so adorable and such sweet girls. I love them so much!

Fun Big Girl Bed! I can't wait to put Xand into his... he has started to show a lot of interest in Conner's bed, and in trying to escape from his own... I think we're nearing the time as well... yikes!
oh, and I'm not excited to put Xand into his big girl bed, I'm excited about putting him into a big BOY bed... just to clear it up :)
Ok, you were my motivation. I was trying to change Xander's sheets today and I was like, ugh, I hate this stupid crib, I don't want to change the sheets like this - it's hard!! Anyway, so we turned the crib into a bed (it's the kind where the outside wall isn't connected to the crib, so you take it off and it's a bed... or whatever.... anyway, long story short, you were my motivation and Xand is sleeping in his big boy bed riiiight now!! thank you!! :)
I just found your blog! Your girls are adorable! I hear that you're getting the third girl soon. You'll most of the same ages I have! Lillie is the same age as my Kiersa, and the third girl (Mia is her name, right?) is the same age as my Paisli. We have Feb 12 and Feb 14. I also have one Olivia's age (3), Hyatt. Too bad we don't live close, our kids would have a blast together!
